Job Description

• Deviations follow up and preparing investigation reports (Production & Stability) and preparing monthly and quarterly trending reports.
• Preparing assessment Reports for OOT results.
• Preparing risk assessment reports.
• Review / approve SOPs related to all Hikma Jordan departments.
• Review / approve all documents related to validation/ Engineering departments (IQ, OQ, PQ protocols/reports, requalification reports, change controls, qualification report & Temperature/RH trending reports).
• Quality circles issuing and filing.
• issuing CAPA and follow up its implementation and effectiveness with related departments and preparing quarterly trending reports.
• Issuing claim report, follow up with supplier through purchasing department and preparing quarterly trending reports.
• Preparing all annual product reports (APR) for all markets (US, Europe, MENA)
• Follow up authority requirements.
• Follow up inspectors observations.
