Job Title: Head Of Hr Operation
Duties And Responsibilities:
Oversee the payroll including employee’s monthly transactions (in & out of payroll transactions).
Measure the effectiveness of the benefits programs and recommend improvements.
Review and update the employment contracts and agreements.
Prepare budgets by department and budget reports.
Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
Maintain and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Manage the legislative processes with the legal entities (Labor office, Social Security, etc)
Responsible for maintaining the implementation of laws and regulations dealing with government agencies.
Adjust requested disciplinary actions to comply with the Labor Law.
Manage all insurance types.
Requirements:
BSc in Human Resources or equivalent.
10 years’ experience, including proven work experience as an HR Operations section head, or a related job position in the HR department.
Great knowledge of labor law.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent English.
Planning skills.
Leadership Skills.
knowledge of GCC and North Africa countries' profiles. (Preferable)
